SeatSnapper.com Launches the SeatSnapper Social Network

The first social network ticket website for all sports, concerts and theater events.

January 30, 2007 – New York – SeatSnapper.com, the ticket website for sports, concerts, theater, and other live event tickets today launches the SeatSnapper Social Network. It allows groups of friends to find live events they are interested in attending together. It also makes it easy for such groups to find other groups with aligned interests.

The SeatSnapper Social Network is an extension of SeatSnapper Memberships which enables members to create profiles and Wish Lists that can be used for business networking or online dating. Once signed up for this free service, members complete a profile, upload a photo, and indicate which events they wish to attend. They can now also invite friends to join their social network, and can choose to use the Plaxo Address Book Access Widget to easily invite people from their address book.

SeatSnapper.com launched in 2006 with over 2000 interactive seating maps, and has quickly been recognized as a leader in ticket search technology. It lists tickets from eBay, as well as ticket brokers. Other unique features include: the ability to simultaneously view available seats for multiple events at the same venue; flag ticket offers as “favorites” and email them to others; link to a Google Calendar and have search results indicate which events you cannot attend; and embed current seat availability maps in your own web pages. SeatSnapper.com is considered a leading “mashup” website, leveraging API’s from eBay, Google Base, Google Calendar, and now Plaxo, among others.

SeatSnapper.com Adds Business Networking and Online Dating

SeatSnapper.com will help you find a seat -- and a date!

October 20, 2006 – New York – SeatSnapper.com, the ticket website for sports, concerts, theater, and other live event tickets today launches SeatSnapper Memberships, a free service that allows users to interact with each other, and attend events of mutual interest together. It can be used for business networking or online dating, and lists all the members that wish to attend an event just one click away from the event listing.

“It takes the guesswork out of buying tickets for clients or prospective clients; now they can flag the games they want to attend, as well as give some guidance as to where they prefer to sit” said Evan Kaye, Founder and CEO of Strongtooth, Inc., the company that owns and manages SeatSnapper.com. Some members indicate that they will only join you for the “Best seats in the house!” where others may be happy with “Anything decent”.

Once signed up for this free service, members complete a profile, upload a photo, and indicate which events they wish to attend. They then sit back and wait for the invitations to come in. They may also choose to fill empty seats next to them by inviting people to events. Members are not required to purchase tickets through SeatSnapper.com, so they can use their season tickets, or any tickets they already have.

Those who choose to use the service for social interactions can indicate if they wish to use it for online dating, or just to meet new friends. Business contacts are categorized by industry and can be more specifically flagged as having an interest in: business deals, career opportunities, connecting people, discussing field of expertise, informational interviews, mentoring, or new ventures.

SeatSnapper.com launched last month with over 2000 interactive seating maps, and has quickly been recognized as a leader in online event ticketing.

Strongtooth, Inc. Announces Launch of SeatSnapper.com

SeatSnapper.com has powerful search tools which makes ticket buying a snap.

September 20, 2006 – New York – Strongtooth, Inc. today officially launches SeatSnapper.com, a search platform for sports, concerts, theater, and other live event tickets. At its core, SeatSnapper.com features an interactive seating map system which makes it easy to compare the seat positions of available tickets for any given event. SeatSnapper.com is launching with over 2000 interactive seating maps (over twenty times more interactive maps than its closest competitor).

“SeatSnapper.com will change the way we search for event tickets the way search engines have changed the way we navigate the web,” said Evan Kaye, founder and CEO of Strongtooth, Inc. “It will quickly replace our satisfaction with sequentially evaluating individual ticket listings, with an expectation to evaluate all relevant ticket listings simultaneously on one page.”

SeatSnapper.com makes finding the best seat for any given price range straightforward. It does this by allowing the shopper to adjust their price range while continuously updating the display to reflect the corresponding number and position of available seats.

SeatSnapper.com has all the standard features of interactive seating maps, such as the ability to narrow search results by the quantity of seats needed, and viewing tickets available within each section without a page change. On top of this standard feature set, SeatSnapper.com also offers several unique features, including the ability to:

-- view the seat locations of eBay* ticket listings on the interactive maps;
-- graphically preview seat availability from the event listing page;
-- simultaneously view available seats for multiple events at the same venue;
-- flag ticket offers as “favorites”, and email them to others;
-- link to a Google* Calendar and have search results indicate which events you cannot attend;
-- embed current seat availability maps in your own web pages;
-- view current seat availability maps within Google’s* product search engine, “Froogle*”; and
-- operate the entire site without needing to download any components or plug-ins.

Most ticket sellers do not have interactive seating maps, and the few that do have typically added the interactive maps some time after the core functionality of the service was built. SeatSnapper.com is different in that it was built from the ground up with interactive graphical search at its core. Strongtooth, Inc. is committed to continuously evolving and expanding on SeatSnapper.com’s current features to maintain SeatSnapper.com’s quickly found position as a leader in ticket search technology.
